I am interested in a BiPAP machine. The original machine was thrown away by a co-resident while my patient was residing at a homeless shelter. My patient resides in the U.S.

I can't seem to print off the free shipping label. I have filled in forms twice on the website and have received a Calendar note but I don't see how to print off the free shipping label. I am not in the Ottawa area so require the free shipping option.
I've followed up a couple of times in the past 2 weeks and have had no response via email. Please advise how to print off the shipping label so I can send it today or tomorrow.
